The firm has offices in Phoenix, Raleigh, Pittsburgh and Columbus.
Location: Work from home, connecting via internet to offices in Arena District, Columbus.
Job Description: Manage client accounting records (incl. posting full-accrual journal entries, closing monthly books, reconciling bank accounts, etc.). Prepare financial statements. Analyze financial performance & condition. Consult with small business owners. Forecast budgets and cash flows. Design financial procedures & controls. Deploy firm's proprietary tools & techniques.
Education: BS in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA a plus.
Experience & Skills: (3-9 years, total): Public accounting or financial consulting. Accounting for small, growing company. Monthly, full-accrual closing. Financial statement preparation & analysis. Forecasting & modeling. Cash management. Internal control systemization. Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Computer & internet familiarity. Track record of success.
Qualities: Must be fun, personable, entrepreneurial, professional, diligent, bright, results-oriented, confidant.
